Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Roots Hair Studio, we understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our stylists, we have the following cancellation policy in place: • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours Notice): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. • No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you may be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact our stylists and other clients.
